How has 2026 been for you so far?

Hey Reader,

We’re already a few weeks into 2026, and I feel like I am just finding my feet in this new year.

Politically, the world feels unsettled.
Technologically, things — especially AI — are moving at a speed that’s hard to keep up with. I feel excited and also sometimes terrified - but mostly excited :)

And all of this we see and hear doesn’t just stay “out there.”
It seeps into our work, our plans, our confidence, our sense of direction.

I’ve had so many conversations recently that sound like this:

“I didn’t expect the year to start this way.”

For some, January brought big, disruptive change — work, health, finances.
For others, whilst nothing dramatic happened… but something shifted for them internally.

So I wanted to ask you:

How has 2026 been for you so far?

Not how it should be going.
Not how it looks on the surface.
But how it’s actually felt.

I’m asking because I’ve been navigating this too.

December ended strong for me. Momentum was high. Things felt aligned.
Then January arrived differently.

A launch I was excited about didn’t land the way I’d hoped.
At the same time, the pace of change in AI forced me to pause and rethink what I offer — and how I can serve you best in this rapidly changing landscape.

Uncomfortable? Yes.
Clarifying? Also yes.

It made me realise how important it is to stop, re-centre, and consciously choose how we move forward, instead of reacting to everything around us.

So if you’re feeling a little off-centre right now, our latest podcast episode talks exactly about this moment.

In the episode, my co-host Sabine (who is also a mindset coach) talks about how to recentre yourself when the world feels noisy and uncertain — and there’s a short, simple exercise you can do straight away to reconnect with what you actually want this year.

🎧 If this interests you, you can listen to the episode here.

And if you feel like sharing, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.
Just hit reply and tell me — how has this year really started for you?

No pressure.
No need to have it figured out.

Just a check-in.

Warmly,
Abha
